the other day during my lunch break (i managed to escape to my cousins house) i was watching the food network and saw a special on these gigantic chocolate chip cookies. these monstrosities are made in manhattan, in a place called levain bakery. and the recipe is top secret! oh my stars, don't they look wonderful? i wish i could fly up to new york and get just a taste.
but for the time being, i think i'll start trying the many mock recipes online, starting with this one.
