easter weekend my cousin emily and i had the privilege of attending a cupcake testing in dallas. cupcake masters from all over the area brought in their most prized little cakes for one big cupcakey party. i saw every flavor from sweet potato to green tea to chocolate chip cookie dough. boy oh boy was it delish! emily and i had the best time perusing over the flavors and pretending to be cupcake connoisseurs (we did manage to trick two young ladies into thinking we owned our own bakery!)
and what made it even sweeter? the whole event benefitted a medical missions group.
