nature studies

hey! sunday was earth day! and if you know me, you know i'm a sucker for anything that shouts GREEN.

for the past, oh, 3 years i've spent earth day in a movie theater watching some nature studies movie where moofasa voice man is the narrator (that's for you, kylie).

this year i spent the day in the wild.

my roomies (the 'rents) and i took a trip to pk. last time i went out there it was completely burnt to a crisp. now you can barely tell there were monstrous fires. it was one big green fest.

the rooms and i ate food good, chatted with norman the foreman, hunted for rattlesnakes, and went on a hike. since i'm blessed with pale skin, i had to make a dash for shade every time i walked in a patch of sun.

real cool.

oh, and little mimster got pooped out on our hike. so as any good master would do, i slid her in my backpack.
